Delivery is a flat rate of $20 per kit. 1 kit = $20 | 2 kits = $40. Currently we do not ship internationally. Delivery is available to all major cities in Australia (no rural & no PO boxes). Shipping takes 3-7 business days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way, tracking information will also be included.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Out of Stock
In the event that we run out of stock of a particular item in your kit, we will replace this with an item of same or higher quality at no extra charge to the customer.
Cancelling An Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If your order has not been dispatched, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund or credit. For orders that have been dispatched but have not yet arrived to you, we will organise a return through the delivery service. Please note there may be a return shipping cost at the customer’s expense. This cost will be deducted from your refund or credit amount. If the order has arrived to you, you will be liable for paying the shipping fee to send back to FestieTent.
Change of Mind Return
You may return your kit to FestieTent, providing the goods are in their original packaging, unused and in new condition within 2 days of delivery. The customer is liable for the return shipping fee. This will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
If any product within your FestieTent kit is faulty or damaged before use, please contact us with a description and photos. We will then advise if this is eligible for a refund or replacement. We will refund the cost of the damaged item, or replace anything with manufacturing faults or defects. Not limited to, but inclusive of; damage from wear and tear, improper use, failure to follow instructions, failure to follow care and maintenance instructions, accidental damage and severe weather events are not covered by warranty and we are not obliged to refund or replace.
When an item is returned it will be inspected by FestieTent. If the returned item is not found to be faulty upon inspection, the shipping fees to return the item to the customer is at the customer's expense.
If a product is found to be faulty within 14 days of delivery, and FestieTent is notified within this time frame, FestieTent will cover the cost of any shipping required to or from the original delivery location in order to resolve the issue.
If outside of this time period, the customer may be liable for the shipping fees. This is at the discretion of FestieTent at the time.
If a product arrives and is found to be damaged within 14 days of delivery, and FestieTent is notified within this time frame, we will cover the cost of any shipping required to or from the original delivery location in order to resolve the issue.
Lost in Transit
An item is deemed as lost in transit once it cannot be tracked by the carrier for a continuous week (7 days) after being initially identified as missing by FestieTent. Once deemed as lost in transit we will organise for a replacement to be shipped or a refund to be processed and the original items returned to sender once found.
